Production Data: This venture proposes the re-completion of a well in Lavaca County, Texas. This well has several unproduced zones which appear productive including the deepest Yegua zone.

• The targeted well was originally drilled and logged by Chapparel Energy in 2003 and produced out of the Upper Wilcox at a depth of ~7,500’. The Wilcox is now depleted.
• This venture proposes to perforate and produce the deepest of these zones, the Yegua zone at the depth of 4,500’+/-.
• Several Yegua wells in an adjacent fiend produced between 120 and 170 bbls of oil per day (bopd) initially and produced for several years before they settled at ~20 bopd.
• The investors in this recompletion will also have first rights to participate in additional recompletions.

Legal Description of Land: The adjacent field produced an estimated 720,000 barrels of oil and considerable gas from these Yegua wells. The proximity of the two field areas are shown on the map below. The Yegua zones in the two areas appear comparable.
